I am taking part in the Rushmere Park Run to show my support and to celebrate Leighton Buzzard Mencap's 50th Anniversary.

My son attends a LB Mencap youth club where he has plenty of fun and has made friends. He has also attended their holiday club.

Participating in the park run is my way of saying thank you.
