In just a few short weeks I will be joining the RowZambezi 2018 expedition to row 900km down the Kafue River in Zambia (www.rowzambezi.com). To get some training in between finishing my medical school exams and getting on that plane, I thought I would attempt to row a marathon. Seems simple enough, except for the fact that I've never rowed more than a third of this distance in one sitting...

I will (weather permitting) be outside the Ferry Road Leisure Centre on Tuesday 26th June in Summertown, Oxford, starting at 09:00, and hoping to be finish around 13.30-14:00.
