I've been volunteering at the RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham & District Branch in Bawtry since January 2016.  The Rescue Centre will always hold a special place in my heart.  Helping out at the centre also helped me, as I found my true passion for animal welfare here which also helped me get through one of the toughest times of my life after losing my mum to cancer, I've met so many lovely animals and people throughout my time volunteering at the centre which makes me want to raise more awareness for this wonderful charity, some people think all RSPCA centres are funded by the government but our centre isn't, it relies solely on donations from the public.

I will be hiking a total of 30 miles within 30 days, I'll be posting updates and pictures along the way and I'll be borrowing some doggy friends to help me out on my hiking adventures.  All money raised will go directly to supporting the RSPCA Animal Centre at Bawtry.
