I'm running the Cardiff Half this year on Sunday 14th October for SANDS.  As some of you may know but probably most of you don't, my brother Yusef was stillborn and he would have turned 22 this year.  It's been a long time coming but I've finally got my bum in gear to run this race as a tribute to both him and my mum and give something back to the charity that helped her at the lowest point in her life.
