My work colleagues have persuaded me to dress as a superhero and do a 5k run in Regents Park this Sunday 19th May 2013. We are raising money for two great charities - Elephant Family (saving elephants and the wildlife that shares their habitat) and the Helen Bamber Foundation (helping men,women and children who have suffered cruelty).
