I am excited (and a bit nervous!) to be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 27th March 2022.

I will be running to raise money in aid of Welsh Women's Aid. Welsh Women's Aid is a national charity that works to end domestic abuse and all forms of violence against women in Wales. Their work includes running a Live Fear Free Helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; campaigning for better services for survivors, families and communities; and delivering training courses for preventing and tackling violence against women.
