For those you that know me, you know very well that putting me on a bike is rather out of my comfort zone. I belong in the pool  ! But, with new year and all that jazz it has encouraged me to get on the saddle and pedal my heart out and try something new.

Cancer is a vicious disease and no one deserves to be effected by it, so, if I can help and make a tiny difference to anyone that is or has been affected then I am going to give it a damn good try!
