Zeppy is a funny, cheeky, mischievous little boy with an infectious smile and a huge heart. He's  7 years old and is obsessed with Minecraft, Space and Star Wars. He also has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a devastating and life-shortening muscle wasting disease which currently has no cure. 

Duchenne effects all muscles in Zep's body, slowly making them weaker. By his teens, it will rob him of his ability to walk, to hug his friends and family and eventually, to breathe on his own. One day, it will reach his heart.

Our goal is to make his life wonderful!

We are currently adapting our home so that when the time comes for Zep to be in his wheelchair full time, he can live as comfortably and independently as possible. 

Sullivans' Heroes is a charity offering support and financial assistance for families like us, raising essential funds for vital home adaptations for disabled children, so that we can continue to care for them at home, safely and with dignity.
