Hi Guys,

I've decided to take part in the Great North Run this year to raise money for mind, as Mental Health is a cause very close to my heart.

1 in 3 people suffer from or will at some point experience some form of mental health problem, many of those young people like myself. I'm running to raise awareness and money and to reduce stigma for what is for many people a reality of day to day life. No one should have to suffer a mental health illness alone and Mind help those who are in need.

Please help me reach my goal of £1000!
