Abida and I are fundraising for The Captain Tom Foundation
in aid of The Urology Foundation which deals with diseases related to kidney, bladder, prostate & male reproductive organs.

Captain Tom 100 Challenge is a challenge set in memory of Captain Sir Tom Moore when he completed the famous 100 laps of his gardens a year ago, aged 99 years old at the time. To mark this momentous date, the Captain Tom 100 asks people to dream up and complete a fundraising activity based around the number 100 between Friday 30 April to Monday 3 May, fundraising for a charity of their choice.

Having close family members who have unfortunately contracted
urological diseases, we understand the pain and struggle they have been going through, be it physically, mentally or even financially. We deeply feel for the families who do not have the means to get properly treated.  Thus, we are raising money for The Urology Foundation and try to make a real difference in the fight against urology diseases.

In light of the month of Ramadan, our challenge will be to donate 100 meals to necessitous people. Whilst many of us look forward to this meal, sadly, some may not have something to look forward to. This will be done from 30 April 2021 to 3 May 2021.

Please do not be shy to donate! Even the slightest contribution
matters! The minimum amount you can donate is £2.
