After applying to the London marathon for the last 5 years and with no luck ! my son and brother applied for the first time this year and got a place ! you can imagine how disappointed i was to receive the magazine saying sorry . Both my son and brother said I've got to run as they wanted me to run with them especially as this could be my last marathon and the one I've always wanted to run. So i applied to several charities and as i know a couple of friends who i do body pump with whom have young children who are blind and my farther was in the army and grandfather in the war this charity is close to home.
