I have COMPLETED TOUGH MUDDER!

Please help me hit my target as I have put myself and my body through the pain and agony of Electroshock Therapy, Arctic Enema and many more. If you could just donate a few ££ pounds each I would be so grateful, If I reach my target I will also do it again in July! 

I have set up this page as while I have been working for the British Army I have seem what 'Help For Heroes' has done for fellow mates and raising money will keep that going on for many more years.
