Story

Adam was a member of 'Market Weighton Tennis Club'. He started having lessons with Judy Copeland when he was five years old & continued to play & help Judy up to his going to University.

In his memory the club are holding an 'Adam Young Charity Tennis Marathon' from 5:00 am until 9:00 pm on Sunday 5th July 2015. The aim is to keep the play going with four players on one tennis court for all that time! They are hoping that they can raise a sum of money to donate in Adam's memory to the 'Outward Bound Trust'; a charity that we feel Adam would have been happy to support - please check out their website. (http://www.outwardbound.org.uk)

The club is looking for sponsorship for the whole marathon, not sponsorship of each individual.

We are sure that Adam would be very honoured to think that the club was doing this for him. Even though he will not be playing, his racket will, as we are hoping that different people will be using it for the whole day.

Thank you & please pass the word to as many friends as you can.
