Hello there everyone,

I hope that this finds you and yours well and happy!

It may be quite a while since I last saw you - or not long enough as some of you might say!  I am hoping that this might trigger a few of you to get back in touch....but the main reason I am writing to you today is to ask you to sponsor me!

In September I am going to Vietnam to raise money for Aberlour (see the panel).  This is the wonderful organisation that I work for here in Scotland and we need as much money as we can get to support our work with children and families across Scotland.   www.aberlour.org.uk

I am going to climb a mountain ( OK, I can hear the laughing now!) and then help out at an orphanage in Hanoi.  So far my only training has been swimming....hmmmm maybe not going to help me go up hill in very hot weather! Going to start training seriously once I have a few sponsors and won't want to let them down!  So, every little you can give will help.....but no problem if you have already overstreched your giving capacity for good causes.  Just a message to cheer me on would be welcome.
