15000ft tandem skydive · 28 September 2014

We help Sheffield’s hospitals, community teams and health and social care services to cover costs their NHS budgets can’t. We fund support for patients and staff, life-changing research and more, so that we can enhance care from birth to the end of life and everything in between.

Story

Hello :)

I am taking part in a sponsored 15,000ft skydive on September 28th 2014. The charity I am doing this for is Sheffield Hospitals charity. The money donated will be going to Sheffield Jessops NICU.

I am doing this on behalf of my 2 year old son Harley-Jack.

Harley-Jack was born prematurely on 16/11/11 at 24wks weighing just 1lb 13oz. Due to his prematurity Harley-Jack had to spend 181 days under special care at Jessops Neonatal unit. Whilst on the unit he suffered a tremendous battle fighting each day just to get to the next.

Without this unit and all of it's tremendously talented and dedicated staff Harley-Jack would not be here today!

This skydive is my thank you to all at Jessops NICU on behalf of Harley-Jack, myself and also the whole of our family and friends.

Please help me support the amazing work they do by sponsoring me for this cause.

Thank you :)
