As some of you will know, I've signed up to do the Glasgow Women's 10k on 21st May and the Napier University Mini-Triathlon on 17th June 2007.

I thought doing these two events would be a good chance to raise a bit of cash for charity and I was hoping you could help me.  I'm asking all my friends and family to donate as much as they can to the charity I've chosen - African Medical and Research Foundation.  I've chosen it because they do research and relief work on some of the most significant problems that hold back Africa's people from development and a better life, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TB.

Please, please, please dig deep and sponsor me online.  It's easy to donate through this site and it's fast and totally secure.  African Medical and Research Foundation, UK will receive the money faster and, cus most of you are UK taxpayers, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
