Agape 40 · 31 January 2008

Agape (Greek for "unconditional love") works among the poor in Andhra Pradesh, India bringing schooling, healthcare and ophanages alongside a network of christian pastors and teachers. Agape school educates 240 children who would otherwise be on the rubbish tips picking a living among the scraps.

Story

Yes, we all should have known better but....

On 29 March six of us did walk the 40 miles along the Ridgeway from North Stoke to Ivinghoe Beacon, and...

Twenty or so more friends walked the 40 furlongs along the Ridgeway from Wiggington to Ivinghoe Beacon.

The forty milers were Dan Burt, Richard Crook, Will Blackburn, Ian Entwisle, Andrew Entwisle and me.

We are all raising money for Agape Alive In India - www.agapealiveinindia.org.uk - so please give very generously for those who have so little.

Thanks for your support.
