Myself and Alan Wilson will complete this years Glasgow 10k run to raise funds for Arrochar Mountain Rescue to say Thank You to these brave volunteers who came to our rescue on 06 jan 2018 whilst winter walking on top of Beinn Narnain one our party Kevin Mcgroarty had a freak accident resulting in kevin suffering 3 lower leg complex fractures These brave men came to our assistance and kevin got airlifted to hospital for surgery. As darkness fell the others in the group were guided off the mountain in the dark with only head torches to safety. A task wich would have been very dangerous on our own.
