Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In October last year my family was devastated at the death of my dad. My dad had long standing health issues which contributed to his passing, as a result of this, I look a long hard look at my own life. I was always healthy, having done a marathon and half marathon in the past, but I was always a fair bit overweight.  Over the course of the last year, I have lost over 4 stone, become faster and stronger than I ever have been before. I am now setting myself a big challenge to test myself

At only 65, my dad's time came too soon, so in order to remember him, I see this as an opportunity to do something good in his name.In honour of my dad, I will be running three events, three months in a row.

Starting with a Rock Solid Race on Sept 20th, Spartan Race on the 11th of Oct and finally my hometown half marathon in Llandudno on the 23rd of Nov.

I would really like to get over the £500 mark if I can, I work for Microsoft so any money I raise, they will match, so please let try and get the most out of them.
