I will be running this race with my partner Vince and this will be the first 5k for us both,  with hopefully many more to follow! 

In October I began the couch to 5k and I try to run 2-3 times a week now.., getting out and running has made me feel better physically and mentally and so this has motivated me to join the Santa and Elf Dash in December. 

Vince also started running in October and by doing so, has helped with his mental health as he has been suffering with this. Vince has stepped forward and has been receiving help with his mental health issues and so we have decided to raise money and awareness for MHM Wales in hope that those who are afraid to seek help, support or advice can also take the step to getting and receiving the help they need. We would really appreciate any donations towards this cause!
