This Autumn, I will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon (my first half marathon!). I'll be raising funds for First Touch, a local charity that supports preterm babies during their first few treacherous weeks of life and their parents.

It's a cause that is close to my family's heart as mum worked for 15+ years on the St George's Hospital Neonatal Unit.
