Story
Hi everyone,
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My name is Alexandra (Ally) Saetta. I am a finalist for Miss Hertfordshire 2010 and the charity chosen this year is Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
This charity helps train dogs to respond to everyday sounds, enabling people with hearing disabilities to live as normal a life as possible. Having a disability impacts lives- i.e. those with the disability, family and friends.
"I could not be as independent or as confident without Milly, she accompanies me everywhere. In fact if Milly could not go, then I would not go. With Milly I feel safe. I am not separated from the hearing world. I could write so much about the intelligent and some times funny things that she does. She is amazing. We are now two halves of one person. She is my ears."- Glen Tallett and hearing dog MillyPlease help me make a positive difference to peoples lives. Together we can continue to help deaf people lead an independent life.
