An amazing experience, thankyou to all who have donated, we thoroughly enjoyed Paris through the haze of pain.... Also massive thankyou to all our supporters over the weekend... Venice in a couple of years! We couldn't have done it without you all....

TRUST was originally set up after the 2004 tsunami and is now home to 43 children, ranging from

age 5 to 18. Set up by P.Thirumaran and his wife Shanthi, the home is in the tiny village of

Vengadampatty, near Tenkasi, in Tamil Nadu (Southernmost India, roughly two hours away from

coast at the tip of the country).

 

Kat and I spent a month at TRUST last summer, really got to know the children and the staff and we can safely say this is one of the most positive, happy places we have ever been. TRUST has no regular funding and no government support, needless to say finances are a big problem. We hope to raise enough money from sponsorship and  fundraising to complete an extension to the home which will provide the older girls with a private dormitory.
