There's no turning back now!  I determined to complete my first triathlon this year; applied to do so on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support; purchased a road bike and the somewhat figure hugging kit; and have taken every opportunity to swim, cycle and run in previous months.  Now it's a case of mastering the art of removing my wetsuit at speed, spreading the word and inviting sponsorship.

 

Whatever challenge lies ahead of me, it is nothing by comparison with the daily challenges faced by people living with cancer, and for this reason I am asking for your help in raising funds for MacMillan Cancer Support.    

 

In supporting me you are supporting those two million individuals, their families, and the charity that provides practical, financial, medical and emotional support in difficult times.
