Story

On Saturday September 12th 2015 0700 I began The Thames Path Challenge and at 0155 on Sunday 13th September I crossed the finish line in Henley-on-Thames 100 kilometres and 10,000 calories later.

I completed the Salisbury 54321 50k run on 9th August as part of my training. I have a huge challenge ahead. Bring it on

After completing my running of a half marathon a day for 13 consecutive days in 2014, I found a new challenge.

The 100Km Thames Path Challenge. Starting at Bishops Park in Fulham, where lots of fit healthy energetic people will line up. Finishing in Henley-on-Thames, where lots of exhausted, bedraggled, fit healthy people will finally stop moving forward.

Yes I am mad, yes it's a huge challenge, yes it will hurt. No its nothing compared to living with Cancer and the strength of those who look after them.

Sit back, relax, enjoy your summer and sponsor me. Get in touch via Facebook, follow my training on Strava, join me on a run or two (I run slowly).

Life is too short to not challenge yourself. Regret nothing.
