Some think this is my next crazy idea.

Encouraged by watching someone compete in the london marathon on their 80th birthday, Alison suggested to staff here at Accord that maybe we could try to train and run the Paisley 10K!!  Firstly to raise awareness and promote all that we do here at  the Hospice and secondly to raise funds.

Many  of the ACCORD Hospice Staff were keen to become involved, all couch potatoes looking to raise fitness levels. Some by walking dogs or with friends and children. longer walks every day and some jogging has commenced!!

Hopefully we will all be able to give everyone a weekly update on our progress.

On the day of the 20th august all are welcome to come along and support and encourage us as we go. Champion Charlie our mascot is hoping to come along also!!
