alison's Family challenge to walk Thames path

Family challenge to walk Thames path · 9 April 2018
My beautiful eldest daughter has many challenges including being totally blind, having autism and a life threatening medical conditions. We try to do things together as a family (Charlie has 3 younger siblings) and walking the Thames Path is our latest family challenge.
This is a huge ask of Charlie and there may be parts of it she is unable to do due to the terrain. However, the only way she would even consider doing it Was for it to raise money for parasol.
Charlie has benefitted so much from parasol, that enables her to be part of an inclusive dance group, youth group and holiday club. She feels accepted, supported and included and has had the opportunity to make many friends. In her words she is raising money for parasol because 'it is nice, they cook wonderful food, have wonderful activities and I have lots of lovely friends'
