Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I need your help to climb another mountain - I'll do the hard work and run 26.2 miles if you'll dig deep and sponsor me for the Stroke Association.

Consider - one person every five minutes has a stroke in the UK.  It is the third most common cause of death in the UK and can affect anyone even children and babies. Around 1000 people under 30 have a stroke each year.

Help by donating money to fund research into prevention and finding more effective treatment and rehabilitation.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Stroke Association will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thank you for your support.
