This is my 1st ever UK race and I'm hoping to do it in less than 1hr!(I have ran one 10k in Gran Canaria at the begining of the year as a tester and am hoping to beat the time).

Macmillian nurses to a great job with no government backing. -  I'm running this race with theLomax / Gerry crew in memory of the kind hearted, quiet, true gent Roland Gerry - much loved and missed by all.
