This will be my very first half marathon and I'm truly excited for everything it has in store for me through the mental and physical elements. I am running proudly for so many people who have been supported through the CLIC Sargent Charity and the outstanding work they do every single day in support for the young. I have known someone - Matthew Pinnock: who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour and so sadly lost his battle in 2012. 

So this run is not only for the dearest Mathew Pinnock but for the many people who have been supported and cared for through the CLIC Sargent Foundation. I run for you!
