In May im planning to run the BUPA 10k Great Manchester Run.

For anyone that knows me, you will know this is going to be a big challenge and is going to take alot of hard work!!

Im running for SANE, which is a chairty that was set up to raise awareness and research for people with mental illness and their families and secure better services.
