Bucks
based singer/songwriter & performer AMiR has been making waves gaining
significant support via the release of his debut album ‘ALL OR NOTHING’ over
the past year.

In
a relatively short time-frame, his music and hard work ethic have taken him to
places he never imagined possible, working with Grammy winning producers
& gaining regular support coming from the likes of the BBC Asian
Network, Kiss FM, Jo Wiley (BBC Radio 2) and Craig Charles
(6Music).

His
debut journey as a new artist culminated in an amazing performance at GLASTONBURY
FESTIVAL in 2019, which AMiR remarks as, “one of the best days of my
life.”

AMiR
has always had a strong personal belief that mental wellbeing should remain a
priority and recognises that there will always be bad days, never mind how many
good ones there are too! Having experienced first-hand the damage that
remaining silent and not asking for help at desperate times can bring; AMiR’s
appreciation of life-line organisations such as MIND is paramount.

During
this second period of ‘Lockdown’ potentially bringing increased loneliness and
stress to many people, AMiR has chosen to partner with his local mental health
charity Buckinghamshire MIND in the hope not only of raising much needed funds
for this essential cause, but also to offer a moment of relief and happiness
through his music.

The
stream will be free and accessible to anyone with access to the internet.
Donations will be wholly voluntary, and all proceeds collected will go 100%
towards the charity.

AMiR
says – “Mental health awareness and wellbeing is more important now than
ever. I have lost friends and family who have struggled with depression and
have also seen my friends come out the other side with a new lease of life due
to charities like Bucks Mind. Music and performance is my life, and because of
not having any live shows this year, I’ve also struggled with my own mental
health at times. Having this show to look forward to brings a great deal of
uplift & excitement to me, and I sincerely hope it will do so for others as
well.”
