So COVID spoilt the plans, this will be my 5th Marathon, and defiantly my last! With 2020 being cancelled due to COVID I am now running in October 2021 for the final time!!!

After me saying I wouldn't be doing the VMLM again I have only gone and decided to do it again, and what better way to end it than on VMLMs 40th actual run in London and for the Phabulous charity Phabkids.

It brings this more closer to home to run for this phab charity when you know people that have ha to use the service and have benefited greatly from it.

Phab promotes the coming together on equal terms of disabled and non-disabled people to make more of life together - through our exciting and challenging holiday projects for disabled and disadvantaged children and young people and 150 local Phab Clubs across England and Wales with 8,000 members.Thank you for supporting Phab and Phabkids - it makes such a difference.

So bring on 2021 🤞 .....
