November has become Movember in recent years and Running has now become MoRunning!

MoRunning is set up by The Fix UK in support of Movember and their fundraising for Men’s Health and in particular the Prostate Cancer Charity.

On November 17th at 10am, I'll be taking part in the 10k MoRun in Phoenix Park, Dublin and would really appreciate if you would support in any way you can!
