It's  that time of year again when I start pestering people for money for putting myself through a whole load of pain doing the Sunderland 10k and the Great North Run. It's for a very good cause though so I hope you are all feeling generous!!! :-)

This year I'm running for Cancer Research UK so would be really really grateful if you could all dig deep and sposor me! Doesn't have to be a lot of money, every penny counts.

Cancer Research UK has already helped save millions of lives, you can help them save millions more by sponsoring me a few pennies! I'm sure we all have friends and family, or know somebody, that has been affected by cancer in some way at some point in their life, so let's all help fight against it by donating some pennies to Cancer Research UK so they can continue with their good work, and hopefully one day find a cure for this horrible disease.
