I am joining the John Lewis team to cycle from London to Paris in three days on Sptember 11th 2008 to raise money for Cosmic.

All proceeds will go to helping refurbish the childrens Intensive care unit at St Marys Hospital Paddington.

As someone who is new to cycling this is  a serious challenge for me but  worth it for for a very worthy cause.
