Hi Everyone

I am taking part in the Great North Run half marathon again this year on Sunday September 30th. This year I am raising money for Marie Curie cancer research.

We all know someone who has been affected by cancer, my Mum suffered from breast cancer a few years ago and thankfully she is OK.  We need to help those who are suffering and invest in research in to possible new cures. I realise that we all get sponsorship requests and contribute to charities, but please help me acheive my target of £1000.00 for Marie Curie.

This will be my 4th Great North Run. We have been training all year, averaging 25 miles per week since June. Our target this year is to break the 2 hour mark.
