Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After amazing myself by actually finishing the London Marathon Ive decided to have a crack at anoher marathon. This time I'm doing something with less flying involved and staying in Cape Town.

The big challenge this time will be getting round the coursde without the support of all the Londoners, I'm really not sure I can do it!

I'm still running to raise money for ABF The Soldiers charity and it goes' with out saying that if I'm willing to run this that I think they do good things.

I guess being all poetic, sometimes in life you've got to put the beer down and give something back to people who do something for you. Seeing all those guys coming back from Afganistan and coping with what has happened to them over there, losing limbs etc and still having to get on with life has inspired me to make this my moment to put the beer down.

You can help with either a donation to the cause or if you see me running in my ABF uniform shouting nice things.

So please dig deep and donate now if you can.
