Almost a year ago now, our trusty companion Jon Seymour lost his very large and beautiful life, leaving behind wife Jane and two wonderful daughters Charlie and Harri.

On Saturday 23rd June a ragged gang of us will be cycling around Surrey to raise money for Brain Tumour Research in the hope that, in the future, fewer families go through the same.

I hope you can support us, a little goes a long way.

At least, raise a glass and remember Jon well - those of you who met him will know he's very hard to forget!
