If you donate to this page, you will be supporting the District Nurses and Macmillan Nurse in Nantwich and surrounding area. I have liaised with the fund raiser and this money will go to the pot of money that supports the nurses to  care for people in their home. The nurses were fantastic in the care and love they showed Lou.
