A half marathon is like a full marathon but for normal humans like Alice and me. Please support us in this great (but still relatable) feat of human endurance. We'll be powering through the mountainous terrain of East London in support of CLEAR, a great Cornish charity that provides support for those living with emotional trauma.

Your money will pay for specialist therapy sessions for children and adults recovering from abuse and sexual violence. This kind of support is a real lifeline to those living with trauma. CLEAR also works with schools teaching workshops on topics like healthy relationships and consent. The organisation has recently started teaching its own diploma on Emotional Trauma therapy to share the knowledge of this specialist care and increase the number of therapists qualified to deliver this support.
