BasicNeeds helps people with mental illness or epilepsy in low-income countries to live and work in their community. Victoria worked for them for four years and analysed the outcomes of their intervention in Kenya for her PhD. In both experience and numbers, they are doing exceptional work in an under-served area of health care.
