Im running the York 10K for a truly worthwhile charity...COCO

COCO works with local communities at the grass roots level to ensure that projects are needs centred, efficient and sustainable. this charity prefers to fund small projects that represent an investment in and a commitment to brighter futures for children, their families and their country whilst attempting to address global hindrances to development such as HIV/AIDS, malaria and gender inequality.

Its not fair to think we have so much that we take for granted yet people in this world still live without things we consider to be basic human rights. Smaller projects often dont recieve the funding they deserve, considering the difference these projects can make on communities.

So please dig deep and donate now. Every little counts and is very much appreciated. In return, i promise to cross the finish line even if it may mean with one leg missing or on a stretcher (but hopefully running)..
