Beccy and I are running the Stratford 5km Race for Life on Sunday 3rd July. I'm raising money for Cancer Research and running on behalf of anybody I've ever known who has been affected by cancer in some way, be it big or small.

For those of you who know me...I DON'T DO RUNNING! so please dig deep and give as much as you feel you want to. Surely just the thought of me wearing a pair of trainers (something I never do) will be enough to tell you the effort I'm going to!
