I am running the Great South Run for the 1st time on 26th October to raise money for the Parkinson's Disease Society. My Mum was diagnosed with Parkinson's about 6 years ago, and the PDS have been so supportive of my Mum and my family. The PDS is entirely funded by voluntary contributions, so thank you for supporting me and them. Am hoping for decent weather - last year I was a spectator and the weather was so bad I decided I was better off running it this year!
