My amazing wife Emma Freeborn died from Breast Cancer this year after battling so hard for seven years. I am still devastated but want to try and raise money so other people do not not have to experience what we have been through.

I hope to run 160 miles in 4 days from the Arc de Triomphe in Paris to Marble arch. The website is www.arc2arch.co.uk. It gives a few more details about this crazy challenge.

I think I can do it and with the expectation of raising a few quid for a great cause then I know I can.
