Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

Hello everyone! Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

In about a month's time, I'm going to run 10 miles in the Bupa Great South Run for The Prostate Cancer Charity. They're a brilliant charity who work extremely hard to provide information and support to those affected by prostate cancer, as well as researching the causes of prostate cancer, and working on curing it altogether.

In the UK, 37,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year, with many, many more affected worldwide. This is a cause really close to my heart, which is why I've set myself such an ambitious target. I'm confident I can achieve it, but I can't do it alone.

Please dig deep and donate. I realise times are hard at the minute, but if you can't donate at this time, if could pass this page on to a mutual acquaintence, or stick it on your Facebook Wall, that would be immense. Together, we can truly kick prostate cancer in the butt.

Thanks, and much love,

Aris

P.S. If you're a UK taxpayer, PLEASE GiftAid your donation.
