So I almost convinced myself this morning to put off my training session. Got to the gym only to realise I'd forgotten my membership band and couldn't get in. Went back home and thought "oh well, I'll go tomorrow instead". Y'know what, I'm so glad I dug the band out and got my backside back to the gym. It felt fantastic x
