We did it! 55hours, 40mins. Not too many hiccups, no serious accidents, only stopped once by the police, a few punctures (all Martin!) and only one person used chamois cream accidentally as toothpaste...

Arrochar Mountain Rescue Team is a voluntary organisation providing a life saving search and rescue service 24 hours a day to an area of over 2000 square miles. We are reliant on charitable support for our operations, rescue base and equipment. One of the team’s four wheel drive rescue vehicles is in urgent need of replacement. In August 2010 eight members and friends of the team will cycle 900 miles non-stop, as quickly as we can (relay), from "end to end" to raise money for the new vehicle. We need £6000 to fully fund a new vehicle. Thanks
