As you may know, my son Alexander has chronic liver disease, so as a family we have witnessed first-hand what the implications of this condition are.  For now the boy is doing great but the future remains uncertain.  Like us, many families are affected by this illness and some are not so lucky.

If I can contribute in any way to help combat this disease by squeezing money out of you that can go for research, family support etc...then its got to be a good idea .  This time its about running the London 10km .
